For orders from Europe, some products will be printed and shipped in the EU.
Q: How do I order?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! You can see detailed instructions here >>

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: For canvases, please select the dimensions of the canvas you want. Dimensions are shown in Inches as well as Centimetres. For clothing, all dimensions are shown on the product page. Q: I have not received my tracking number yet?
A: Please allow up to 6 business days to receive your tracking number. If you haven't received it after 6 days, please contact us here. Please note that your tracking details will be email to the email address you used when you ordered.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email address. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 6 business days, please contact us immediately.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days. Weekends and public holidays may take a day or two longer. Once we ship your order it should reach you within 2-10 business days depending on your location. All orders ship from the USA. For orders in the UK and Canada, some items may ship locally but this depends on the item. Please see the product descriptions for more information about individual products.
Q: How do I know you've charged my card?
A: All charges from us will show as "Inspired Togs" on your card statement.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes. We currently ship to the USA, Canada, The United Kingdom and most of Europe.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: Does Inspired Togs provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you want to return an item, please just contact us.
